Michelle Chick

Vice President

Michelle Chick began her career in early childhood education at just 15 years old through a high school partnership program, stepping into a preschool classroom as an intern and discovering a calling that would shape the next 24 years of her life. What began as an early opportunity quickly grew into a lifelong commitment to children, families, and the educators who serve them.

Over the course of her career, Michelle has worn nearly every hat in the field, including assistant teacher, lead teacher, director, mentor, trainer, Vice President of Operations, and now part owner. This comprehensive, hands-on experience has given her a deep understanding of what it truly takes to build and sustain high-quality early learning environments, where children thrive, educators feel supported, and families feel deeply connected.

While remaining an active leader within the early education community, Michelle pursued her academic studies with the same dedication she brings to her work. She studied Early Childhood Education at a community college in North Carolina in 2008, and later completed her Bachelor’s degree in Business and Finance from Southwestern University in 2016. She also holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, strengthening her expertise in people-centered leadership and organizational excellence.

Michelle is an active member of the Texas Licensed Child Care Association (TLCCA), Early Learning Leaders (ELL), and the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). She is deeply passionate about mentoring educators, strengthening the early education workforce, and ensuring that programs are built on a foundation of quality, integrity, and heart. Above all, Michelle believes that when we invest in early learning, we invest in the future, one child, one family, and one educator at a time.
