For the first school year ever in our over 20 years of operation Bluebonnet School is offering families a true kindergarten for children who turn 5 before September 1.

Our Kindergarten Program will be led by an extraordinary, much loved teacher Julia Vinnik. Mrs. Julia has been a lead teacher with Bluebonnet since 2018 and has a very successful and extensive background in education; holding masters degrees in both education and English.

Spaces in the Kindergarten Program are limited with a ratio of 10 children to 1 teacher or a maximum of 20:2.

The daily schedule will be from 8am to 2:30pm, with limited afterschool spaces available. Lunch and snack will be provided at no additional cost. Also for no additional cost parents will be able to access our live video of the classroom through our WatchMeGrow. The Kindergarten Program will follow the Leander ISD closure dates, including their staff development days and half days.

We are excited to extend the Creative Curriculum throughout our school with the addition of the Creative Curriculum for Kindergarten. The Creative Curriculum’s research-based approach focuses on literacy, mathematics, science and social-studies through project-based learning which exceed TEKS requirements for kindergarteners.
